Cammy Garnett, Telemedicine Technical Specialist, was born and raised in Pasadena, CA. She has been with the NARBHA Telemedicine Program since October 2004. Ms. Garnett's previous experience includes working at PFG Capitol as the Administrative Assistant to the Executive Vice President and Vice President. Her behavioral health background includes working with children with behavioral issues over the past seven years. She has a B.A. in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology.

Nancy Rowe, Telemedicine Program Manager, has worked in the Telemedicine Program since November 2001. She came to NARBHA from the University of Minnesota, where she directed communications for the College of Biological Sciences. Ms. Rowe has also been a Macintosh network administrator, a graphic designer, and an editor. She has a B.A. in English.

Caroline Valencik, Telemedicine Administrative Specialist, joined the NARBHA Telemedicine Program in August 2007. Ms. Valencik grew up in Mesa, AZ. She is currently working on her bachelor's degree at Northern Arizona University, where she was the Video Coordinator for the Athletics Department for two years and was a member of the Cardinal Key National Honors Service Organization. She also managed the front desk at an Alaska resort for two seasons.
